Temporary Drivers License

Driving in Samoa, by law, requires either a current Samoan Driver's License or a Temporary International License. A Temporary License is issued by us, on behalf of the Samoan Land Transport Authority (LTA), at a standard fee of WST $21.00. If you do not hold a current Samoan Driver's License, you must select the option of Temporary License on checkout when booking a vehicle. A current FULL International Driver's License is the only requirement to automatically obtain a Samoan Temporary License.

*We can not release a vehicle to any customer(s) without a Full Samoan Driver's License or Samoan Temporary License. Each driver of the vehicle must hold these requirements*

4% Surcharge on all Credit/Debit Card transactions

Security Bond

All bookings require a "bond". The bond of WST $1000 is to cover us for any damage incurred to the vehicle while it has been rented to you. If the vehicle is returned in it's original condition then the bond will be refunded in full. This will take 7 to 10 business days. If there is any damage to the vehicle or it is not returned as per the rental agreement, the bond will be forfeited as per the agreement.

Fuel Policy

The car will be handed to you with a full tank of fuel. The car must be returned with a full tank of fuel. If it is not, the cost of to refuel, plus an admin fee of WST $40 will be deducted from the bond.

Cleanliness

All cars must be returned in a reasonably clean state. If the car is returned in a state we deem as unreasonable, a cleaning fee of WST $30 will be deducted from the bond
