OUR RENTAL PROCESS
We Strive to provide a hassle free experience when renting with us. We come to you when we drop off your vehicle and also to collect when your lease is finished. In order to make things as smooth as possible, we operate on a cashless basis. All rental and optional add-ons are paid in full online before the start of your rental period. This ensures a safe and reliable alternative to cash transactions.
Please note, Drop-off and pick-up Charges are displayed on the "Checkout page'. Outside of the 'free zone', charges apply. This is shown on the "Checkout Page". If your desired location is not on the list, then your location will be manually calculated and charged separately. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us first to clarify if a drop off and pick-up charge applies, and what the amount will be.
Prior to Receiving your vehicle (Before)
1- Select the dates you require a rental vehicle with our 'Availability Calculator'. This will show all vehicles available for the duration of your request
2- Choose your vehicle and select the dates and times required,
3- Choose any optional add-ons you require then select 'Book Now'
4- Click on the 'Your Cart' Icon (top right of the website). Confirm dates and times and add-ons are correct
5- Click on "Checkout" and confirm your desired drop off and pick-up location.
Note: If your drop-off and pick-up location is not on the list of choices, you can email us your desired location and we will respond ASAP with a drop off fee
6- Continue to e-payment
7- Receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete (If we require any further information, we will contact you within 24 hours of completing your booking via email)
While you have the vehicle (During)
1- We meet you at your requested location to handover the vehicle
2- Our staff will have a rental agreement that will require your signature
3- Our staff member will answer any questions you have regarding the agreement
4- Our staff will do a walk through with you checking for any issues/prior defects and confirm you are happy and aware of them
5- You're OFF
At the end (After)
1- We come to your requested location and collect the vehicle
2- Our staff will do a walk through with you to check for any new defects
3- Once you are happy with this, the lease has ended and we will refund any bond owing (less any agreed defects)
